Boxing

Our beginner to intermediate level boxing training sessions are wonderful for hand eye coordination, cardiovascular training, agility training and confidence work.

The sessions can go all the way up to actual sparring sessions and possible off site matches.

The rotational work of boxing is a great cross training method for most, if not all sports.

Boxing training is offered all day long.
