Kid Fitness

Our kid fitness program focuses on body knowledge, balance, core strength and body weight strength.

Kids kinesthetic awareness and balance develops throughout their life and the more they work on it, the better they will get.

Simply put, as they practice manipulating their body they will become better athletes.

So much money is spent on mechanical fixes for sport, but little is spent on giving their body the ability to make mechanical changes and make those changes quickly.

The kids will be introduced to hundreds of new exercises so they can really begin to excel on the field an in life.
